Scheduling A Session

To schedule a session it is necessary to call me. NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE VIA EMAIL. At that time, you will be asked to leave a credit card number on file. This credit card card will not be charged at that time, it is only to hold your space. If you do not have a credit card, another form of deposit will be required 24 hours prior to the commencement of the appointment. If the deposit is not received by that time, your appointment time will become unreserved and be made available for other clients.

Cancellation Policy & Subsequent Fees

NO CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL. If cancelling an appointment, the cancellation must be made by phone. Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will have a charge assessed of 50% of the session fee.

Payment of Service

In the event of a bounced check, it is understood that the client will be charged any subsquent fees incurred by financial institutions that may be over an above the agreed upon fee to cover insufficient funds by those institutions. It is also understood that any subsequent payment following a bounced check be make in an alternative method of payment. Payment is preferred by cash or personal check. I accept VISA, & MASTERCARD Credit Cards ONLY. I do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No cash refunds shall be granted for session fees.

Hypnosis Gift Sessions

Gift sessions will only be commenced once payment is received and cleared. All gift sessions must be paid in advance of the gift session. Gift sessions must be redeemed within the year they have been purchased. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the Gift Session to contact Zeisler Achievement to schedule his or her hypnosis session. In the event of a dispute, it is the responsibility of the gifter or the recipient to provide transaction receipts or other records to Zeisler Achievement that the purchase of a Gift Session has been made.

Internet Privacy Policy

I do not collect any information from individuals visiting this website. This website was established to provide information about hypnosis and its applications as well as my own practice. You will not be added to any mailing list, email list or other electronic mailer without your prior consent.

If a visitor to this site elects to share their email address, usually by sending an email to me via the Contact page, their email address is never shared with any other organization or individual.

Consultations

One of the most important aspects of any hypnosis session is the rapport with the hypnotist. Many others will provide only phone consultations and others will only schedule a full session before even meeting a client. Entering into anyting new can often be a scary proposition. Because I value the importance of the client-hypnotist relationship, I am more than happy to schedule a consultation with those interested in hypnosis but who would wish to obtain more information before committing to a program. During this time you will be able to ask any questions you may have regarding the process and on most ocassions, actually experience the hypnotic state to decide for yourself whether you would like to schedule a full session. There is a fee for this consultation.

Hypnosis Packages

Do you know anyone whom you believe could benefit from hypnosis or life coaching? If after a few sessions with me, you refer a friend or colleague and that individual books 4 sessions of either hypnosis or coaching, you will receive a $50 credit toward your next visit. It is my pleasure to do this.
