My Executive Stress Management hypnosis services are designed for the busy executive who may not have the time to seek out alternative methods of relaxation but who nevertheless suffer from great amounts of stress.  By bringing my hypnosis services to their office, I not only work within their busy schedule but help them become more focused and attentive to details.  Confidentiality is assured.  When a client books one of these stress mangement hypnosis sessions, an appointment is made at their office (or other remote location) in the same manner as any other business appointment with no mention of hypnosis.  Billing is also guaranteed to be discreet so you needn't worry about a strange-looking charge appearing on your company or personal account. My stress management hypnosis sessions range in length from one, one and a half or two hours depending on the client's wishes.

Telephone Sessions

I am available for telephone sessions by appointment. These sessions are held similar to those in my office by first spending a half an hour consulting with you regarding your complaint and your background. After getting to know a bit about you, we will then begin a course of hypnosis to specifically tackle these problems as they affect your life in particular. Everyone handles stress, habits, and crises differently. By partnering with you, I will develop suggestions to eliminate the unwanted behavior that has been negatively affecting you once and for all.
