Weight Management Hypnosis

Stress plays a very important part in weight gain, one which is often overlooked. Most gyms, vitamin supplement companies and diet plans will have you believe that one, another or the combination of both will be the answer to the weight problem. While any of these may help, none of them are the complete answer.
Recent studies have shown that one of the primary functions of cortisol, a stress hormone, is to help mobilize energy in times of acute stress by releasing glucose into the blood. But when cortisol remains at chronically elevated levels (and in New York City, who is not chronically stressed), it acts in conjunction with high insulin levels to send fat into storage at the waist.
Just a few 90-minute hypnosis sessions will get you on the right track --- not for the length of the diet plan --- but for life. Isn't that what you want? In addition to the hypnotic suggestions I provide regarding eating habits, portion control, self-confidence, and motivation to exercise, each weight loss session is also customized to take into account the stress and anxiety levels of each client and then work aggressively to reduce them which in turn aid in the weight-loss.

Telephone Sessions
I am available for telephone sessions by appointment. These sessions are held similar to those in my office by first spending a half an hour consulting with you regarding your complaint and your background. After getting to know a bit about you, we will then begin a course of hypnosis to specifically tackle these problems as they affect your life in particular. Everyone handles stress, habits, and crises differently. By partnering with you, I will develop suggestions to eliminate the unwanted behavior that has been negatively affecting you once and for all.
